"We absolutely loved our stay at Fatumaru Lodge—a perfect base for our family holiday in Vanuatu.
The room was spacious and well-equipped, with cooking facilities, a proper fridge and freezer (a big plus with kids!), and plenty of room to relax.
The view from our room was stunning—sparkling water by day, beautiful sunsets from the sundeck by night. It was peaceful, picturesque, and felt like our own slice of paradise.

"A great place to stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was good as well. The mattress wasn't the most comfortable, but other than that everything was great."
"Quiet. Accessible transportation. Self content rooms. Kitchen. Owners of the property are very friendly. The view is magical. The green surrounding with the lagoon view is priceless."
"The staff are simply beautiful. All amenities are reflected accordingly in their description. New cabins being built which will be exciting for people travelling there shortly. Chef John is awesome! You MUST have his croissants for breakfast. Make sure to pat ‘Lucky’ the cat, he is adorable "
"Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. We stayed 6 nights in total and absolutely loved it. The food was delicious and the pool was so wonderful to swim in. We could borrow kayaks from the resort and kayak on the river too. So much fun and so relaxing. Thank you for a wonderful stay :-)"
"I booked this place for a friend in Vanuatu so didn't personally stay there. The booking online was very quick and easy and my friend found check in quick and easy."
"Chris and staff make the whole experience awesome.
It’s located on the lagoon.
It’s home away from home. Toilet is cosy as you won’t be spending a lot of time in there but very clean.
Laundry facilities are available onsite.
BBQ is clean and new and conveniently located near pool area which is super. Pool is surrounded by sitting / eating areas.
Parking space is available if you want to brave the roads but buses are frequently available.
Eating places like Pad Thai is within walking distance...
"A lovely resort on Erakor island. Excellent staff. Lovely rooms with waterfront views. Free water sports. Gorgeous location. Definitely the best place to stay in Efate. "
"An incredible place for a relaxing vacation with top-notch service. With excellent snorkeling directly in front of the resort, as well as kayaks and a SUP for guests to use, there are many things to do. We loved the attentiveness of the staff and the excellent meals. The 4-course dinner every evening was so delicious and such a treat! We felt very well taken care of and would love to stay here again."
"The resort is absolutely beautiful with stunning water views on the bay, beautifully maintained tropical gardens, and cute tropical "fare" bungalows. You have the choice of swimming in the pristine sea or in the lovely swimming pool.
The staff is so dedicated to helping you have the best stay and the manager is very helpful.
We'll come back. "

"Great stay for the family. The 2 pools were great for both the kids and the ocean swimming waa even better. The unit was large and allowed us to spend time together comfortably "

"Quiet, peaceful, but exceptionally good value. Continental breakfast provided was not great, but we had cooking facilities and it was easy to buy some eggs and bacon. And we brought our own coffee. So all good. Restaurant not fast but food was always very good. And staff always very friendly and helpful. "
"Our eight night stay was a delight. Our accommodation was clean, comfortable and spacious. We took the full board option, which in our opinion was a must and a real value add to our booking. The food choices are varied and the quality of food is outstanding. Some of the cooking was questionable when it comes to med/rare meat or not rendered lamb cutlets, but they definitely do seafood very well. What makes this a great holiday is the island of Iririki and the most happy friendly staff. Nothing was a problem and only too willing to do their job with an ever present smile and happy mood. The pool areas were very nice and well appointed. The beach and snorkelling areas need upgrading, but are still clean and serviceable."

Friendly staff, a relaxing vibe, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We’d absolutely recommend Fatumaru Lodge to any family visiting Port Vila!"
