"The breakfast that was included at the property was the highlight! Check in was slow and no concierge onsite to help with bags. Charged an additional $10 for parking when I was previously told it was included in the rate. The rooms are tired and the bed was very old. The room over looked the car park and I booked a 1 bedroom spa suite! "
"What i liked was the locations in the heart of Launceston, Close to cafe's, bars and shops and a great weekend market. Room was a very simple layout great size bedroom, lounge and kitchen area all separate. And i loved the bath and on arrival staff warm welcome. One thing ask for a room at back of hotel i had a roim room close to street can be a little noisy. Otherwise i would stay here again."
