However, the attitude of management and staff is deplorable, especially towards hotel reservations on Expedia. They show disdain towards Expedia reservations and when there’s a problem or issue to clarify or resolve they hesitate or bluntly refuse to contact Expedia and visit the consequences on the guest. Expedia needs to clarify and agree their modus operandi with this hotel."

"Courteous front desk. Clean room.
Staff woke me up at 6.30am on Saturday to borrow the electric kettle in my room!!! Of course I didn’t open in case it was a ruse for robbery. No management staff at 10am to make a complaint to. Receptionist called kitchen staff and all denied knocking on my door.
Hotel did not find my Expedia reservation on Friday during check in. Kept me waiting for 45 minutes until I contacted Expedia.
Had to call front desk to request for towels and toiletries!

"Good location, but the staff is lacking. Poor maintenance culture. It's disappointing to see such a beautiful place left to disrepair because the staff is not trying enough. My room comes with free breakfast, but they seemed to run out of Nescafe satchel and sugar. Fot the amount I pain, it was unacceptable. "
