"The desk staff was friendly were friendly, but not very outgoing. I would use the term shy to describe, sometimes speaking so low as to be hard to understand. They just need a little training up. The bar can’t compete with Smash Park next door. The good news the facility is vastly superior to the downtown Fairfield in where we recently stayed."

"Rooms could use some repairs. Things that are just being covered up with paint They were clean though. Pillows were not good. "

"I booked an Accessible Room with a King bed and roll in shower as my husband is in a wheelchair. When I arrived the person checking me in said there was a mix up and that room was unavailable. They put us in a regular room, not an accessible room. The toilet was standard size and not ADA compliant. Also, they only had one handicap parking spot which was a regular parking spot between other non-handicap spots. This hotel is not a good hotel if you have disabilities. We were on the road on our last night before home from a long trip out west to visit family. It was to late to find another hotel."
