Beds were not comfortable. Smelled like smoke in non smoking rooms. The pool was down all weekend for maintenance. The room and dresser drawers were dirty. Blankets to cover up with were like using a curtain to cover up with. The blankets had burn holes in them. Was not very pleased with our stay.

The room had signs of wear on the sheets and blanket. Cigarette holes. The bed only had small square pillows. The room heating and cooling unit smelled of dirt. The contentintal breakfast was toast and cereal. Not really much at all to eat. The elevator was out of service which was very difficult for my grandmother to use the stairs.

The room was nasty brought my own supplies to wipe down bathroom. No fresh towels or rags we had to call for them and wait because their werent any available. Shpposed yo be able to swi. For adults at a certain time but door was locked. The room had not been properly cleaned. There was hair from previous guest on side of night stand. Tub and toilet disgusting hair dryer didnt work. I will jot be staying there again. And staff are not friendly.

The hotel was super sketchy. The room looked like it hasn't been cleaned as there was a large pile of what looked like dog hair in between the beds, there was trash all over and the door would not lock. The staff did not care about my complaints. I will never stay at a super 8 again.

They had problems from the beginning. I wasnt greeted. There was a lady walking around behind the desk talking on the phone that was being very aggressive and unprofessional. The man bwhind the counter acted like i was inconveniencing him by being there. I asked for an extra pillow because there was 2 very crappy ones in our room and he just said no and acted like i was getting on his nerves. Terrible. Breakfast..awful.

Firstly the rooms werent ready when we got there even though check in was at 3pm. We didnt gwt into our room until almost 5. When we went to the pool there was vomit on the ground and they didnt even try ro clean it. One of the workers was screaming at a guest

THE STAY WAS FINE . THE PROBLEM WAS DRAINS FOR TUB AND SINK WERE EXTREMELY SLOW ON A 2ND FLOOR ROOM. CALL ROTOROOTER! tHE ORANGE JUICE MACHINE AT BREAKFAST WAS OUT OF ORDER AND THE ICE MACHINE ON MY FLOOR WAS OUT OF ORDER...FIX IT

We checked in, went to our room, and immediately discovered it was filthy. The comforters on both beds were covered in cigarette burn holes and when we pulled them back, we saw the sheets had stains all over them that appeared to be blood, dirt, and who knows what else. The bathroom was dirty and thrle room smelled terrible. We immediately went down to the front desk to cancel our reservation. I had to wait in line behind a group of people the front desk attendant was helping and allowing to vape in the lobby. When I finally got to talk to her, she told me since we had just checked in, it wouldn't be a problem to cancel. She said she would only be able to release our deposit and the manager who was coming in the next morning would have to cancel and refund the reservation. Still waiting...

This place was a really nice hotel to stay at the prices were great even the deposit for the dog was way below average. The staff was awesome, the rooms are nice kept very clean and had everything we wanted and even more, we didn't get to use the pool and spa area because we didn't have time but it was clean and well kept. Will definitely return.

Being in the "upscale" City of Green, I expected a clean and decent property. I had prepaid and it still took 10 minutes or more to get my key. Too many loiterers. Disgusting hallways and elevator. Curtains half off rod and shower curtain hanging over microwave. Extremely noisy; sounded like someone moving furniture above my room ALL NIGHT LONG. Could/would never recommend to anyone.

The woman who was working the front desk when I checked in was AMAZING!!! I checked in at the end of a very long, very stressful day and was absolutely exhausted. My bank was requesting verification that it was not a fraudulent charge (I live out of state) before the would authorize payment which just added to the amount of stress I was already feeling. The employee working the front desk was so incredibly patient and just told me "not to worry, that we would get it figured out". She was absolutely amazing and made me feel like they really did value their guests.

Going down hill
Last year was great. Bed were clean, the bed was comfy and room was clean. This year the bed was hard, the bed spread had white spots and burn holes in them, the pillows were super flat and beat up, the towels had holes in them, the toilet was not clean and the breakfast bar needs revamped badly. We are probably not going to stay there again. We will pay the extra at another hotel for better accomodations.the two cleaning ladies and her autistic son were the nicest ones there.

This place was horrible. We will never stay there again. It was basically a dump. In need of great repair. The rooms are in terrible condition. The whole place smells like mold, mildew and weed. What a waste of money. The only good thing about the place is the friendly employees.

Disgusting room, horrible service.
There were cigarette burns in multiple places on BOTH of my beds, food smears and stains literally over every surface, three lamps had no light bulbs, terrible smell, terrible customer service. I checked in, then two hours later I checked out because I could not being myself to sleep in such a room and they are now refusing to give me refund. Would NEVER stay here again.

Rooms had funny smell, non smoking rooms had burn marks everywhere, stains on the walls, stains on the bed sheets and finally….cockroaches! It was either switch rooms and stay or sleep in the car so we stayed there only because every other hotel in town was booked solid because it was Hall of Fame weekend. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! Only good thing was that the staff was very nice.

We have stayed in this hotel many times over the years but will not return again. It has gone down hill very quickly. Old and dated and we agree with the other reviews. We were in two minds to cancel the reservation after reading the reviews, but thought it can't be that bad. How wrong were we. It should be closed and fully renovated and Expedia should remove from their web site until it has been done.
