Patio door did not lock properly, literally the lock was broken and door would not lock. Communicated with property manager, that my party would check-out at 11:00 am. "Josh from Le Morne bar was my favourite staff member. Always happy to see us and genuinely served with love for his customers. Sou at reception got things done when other members of staff in there departments said it wasn’t possible. Pool bar needs music. Coffee shop needs investment in more coffee machines very busy after breakfast."
