Amazing ocean views in the villa, amazing villa inside and outside. A big and deep pool, staff were super friendly and helpful. Staff were ready to help us with anything we asked for. The only thing was that the dining options for room service there were no international options to eat.

The rooms are amazing, they do show their age and need some renovation which is currently on the way. The staff was great!

The villas are beautiful, although not located particularly close to many activities. We were warned in advance that many of the facilities would be closed during refurbishment, which is fine. However compared to other resorts in Bali, the price is really high - double the price of other places we stayed that were equivalent in amenities. We also found that many other 'extra touches' weren't as generous - breakfast wasn't included, the minibar wasn't included etc. Many other luxury resorts include these despite charging a much cheaper price. The overall feeling is that this is quite a corporate resort, which makes sense given that it is managed by Hilton. I wouldn't tell people not to go, as the resort is beautiful and the villas are amazing, but shop around first as there is better value out there. I should also add that the staff were great, super helpful and friendly.

Incredibly beautiful suites with beautiful views. Staff were very friendly but got quite busy a few times. There was some construction going on during our stay so a few amenities were unavailable but we’ll definitely come back again!

Where do we begin!? This was our honeymoon resort and I must say, it didn’t fail to impress and exceed our expectations! From the moment we stepped into the resort, we were welcomed by a very polite and friendly manager named Krishna. He was very inviting and ensured our honeymoon experience was going to be smooth and enjoyable. He didn’t fail on his promise! The same goes for all the other staff members of the Jumana Resort, especially the following people: Janu, Cana, Darsana, Ariani, Desu and many others. All of them made us feel at home and were ALWAYS attentive to our needs. They always had a smile on their faces and I wonder where they get their relentless enthusiasm from because it was simply amazing. The staff were always interested in how our daily activities went and if we needed anything. They were so caring and good with advice. It literally felt like they were our family. Furthermore, Janu was a STAR in our eyes because he went above and beyond to ensure nothing was left amiss with our experiences in the resort and with the issues we had with our booked activities. He really looked after us well and we cannot thank him, Krishna and the team enough! Moving onto the property; one word - WOW! We stayed in the premier ocean view villa and oh my god, the views and the infinity pool were extravagant! The indoors was nothing less in terms of luxury. We would definitely come back because it’s the best place we’ve ever stayed. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
