Hotel served our needs, was clean, quiet, easy metro access to downtown. Only issue was we were in a basement room, no windows. We used ‘coffee room’ downstairs and often sat, had a coffee, tea and read to change it up from our room.

We are seasoned travellers and I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. Well worth getting breakfast and upgrading the room, it is centrally located. Just delightful.

I only stay at Bank Hotel when I visit Stockholm. Everything about it is of the highest standard, no detail goes unnoticed. The staff are friendly and wonderful, the breakfast provided is outstanding.
