"It was a charming little room with a balcony. Private, quiet and sweet. We loved it! And we will be back. :) Security-wise it wasn't as good as it could have been. The property gate was always open and didn't respond to the clicker we received. The garage door didn't have a key so only locked from the inside. "Place is very nice and quiet, nice to place to relax, Ocean views and whale watching was excellent, walking distance to the waffle house and short walk across the road to the beach. "The staff were all friendly. The place was clean and we had a wonderful view. Kids could go to the beach (17 and 16 year olds) alone and we could still see them from the window. Was a great get away from Smogville! We had a challenge with not know if the pass was snowed in and they had no problem with allowing us to stay an extra evening. Thank you"
