"Great breakfast! Clean room! Helpful staff!"

"The room was clean but needed a complete refresh. There was obvious water damage on the wall/ceiling, the tub was stained to the point you didn’t want to stand in it in your bare feet. The furniture was tired and the desk chair was cracked, peeling and falling apart. It wasn’t a pleasant room. The public breakfast room floor was so sticky (with soap film?) that it squeaked as people walked on it. The staff was friendly and the location was convenient for our purposes."

"Desk check in was fast and friendly. Breakfast was great! The soft serve machine, available all the time, was fun! Never seen that!"

"Made the mistake of asking for a non highway side. They did “upgrade us” but turns out the non highway side is double bed rooms, so you guessed it, 3-4 occupants. So at a little before midnight, the jackwagons next to us showed up and partied /talked and laughed loudly/in and out of the balcony door the entire night…. Maybe got 3 hours of sleep. The walls were so thin, I could hear the staff on their phone call, when we complained @1230am and they called up to their room. We had stayed there twice in the past, without issues, but I will not pay again for some risk of no sleep. "

"For the most part everything was up to standard. I cannot blame the staff as we were short of time and thus our communications were not being met. Overall, a pleasant stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Thank you."

"When we pulled into the parking lot we were greeted by a bottle of urine in the space next to us. As we walked into the lobby it looked as though they were in the middle of a remodel that started a decade ago and got left like that. We were assigned a room, and we hoped against all hope that the room was at least clean. As we opened the door, we were quickly shown that all hope was lost. Only one light bulb worked in the room and that was probably a blessing. The carpets appeared as though they had never been vacuumed. There was spots of blood on one of the bed sheets and crusty dried stuff on the other. It appeared as though someone had thrown a soda at the wall by the trash can and they just left it to dry. There was a dried white substance on the nightstand (God only knows what that was.) Someone had put a cigarette out on the wall and the ashes never got wiped off. Then we looked in the bathroom...... we probably shouldn't have. The sink was nasty we'll just say that. The area around the toilet looked like it had never been cleaned. Wet toilet paper, short and curly hair, mold, and probably something alive all were present in that party. We left. Couldn't stay. Hope you won't either."
