"The resort is beautiful, with incredible amenities, Itโ€™s a great place to stay with kids, and we really appreciated the facilities. However, I was a little disappointed with our apartment, as it looked quite different from the photos shown when booking. The sofa was very old and dirty, which affected the overall impression of the apartment. The bed was comfortable, but the extra bed cover had a really unpleasant smell. It was very hard to find a parking spot close to our building. Overall, the resort itself is lovely, we had a great time!"

"As a first timer in Australia, we had booked this hotel via web page. The staff were great and always helpful. it is a great location by the highway, if you have a car. We booked the kings room with a hot tub and used it twice. yet the standarts of the hotel and room are not matching with what we used to in the UK or elsewhere."
