3 amazing nights
I was worried about not enough to do, but I loved Odda & the Hardanger Hotel. We had a room with a balcony, which was fabulous for sipping wine & viewing the fjord & watching local activity. The staff were very friendly & helpful, as were the local people.

Right in the town center and <3 minute walk from restaurants, a grocery store and the bus station (perfect for catching an early morning bus for the Trolltunga hike). Our room had a nice breakfast included, which made the hotel a good value as well. The staff was super responsive and we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is dated but clean. One of our mattresses was very “soft” to the point it had lost all support and just sagged in the middle. The view is great from some of the rooms but the windows do not block the sounds from the streets (there were lots of loud festive people out and about until 2 am). The breakfast is great and the location is easy and central for anyone going hiking/exploring.

You can find better for thd money.
Hotel is quite old. Room looks very very dated. When i contacted the hotel before arrival We were promised a view to th fjord and 2 twin beds put together as a double bed. We got 2 separate beds i had to move and put together and view to a back parking lot. Location of hotel in good and breakfast was good. That is all i can say

Just the perfect stop for Trolltunga. We stayed here two nights and our double twin bed rooms were very nice. Much more spacious than other hotels we had stayed in this trip. Staff's very nice and helpful. Great breakfast too, starts early at 5 to accommodate Trolltunga hikers.

At the heart of Odda. Closed to trolls tongue hike if you are going there. Buses going to and from P2 hike. Near the bus station as well. 👍

10/10 would recommend!
The location of the hotel is perfect, very short walk from the bus station. Very good breakfast, which starts quite early. The staff is nice and helpful. I had a single bed room with private bathroom. They have old furniture in the room, but it so the job. The bed was comfortable! I would recommend to amyone!

Very nice, if not mildly dated
Overall was quite comfortable. The hotel was a bit dated, but overall was a great place to stay. Breakfast was great as well.

Stay here!
Fantastic hotel with the best view out of any hotel window due to its great location. Room clean and comfortable. Friendly staff who are happy to answers questions and have good ideas of where is best to eat and visit. Breakfast is plentiful and good with a varied selection. I will return again.

Great affordable stay in Odda
Very nice affordable but comfortable place to stay right in the middle of Odda. Small no frills room but has everything you need for a hiking trip. Best part was the great breakfast!!

Good no frills hotel with a good view.
No frills hotel but good breakfast, central location, easy access to Trolltunga. Much of the town is closed on Sunday so limited food options nearby. There was some noise from a nearby bar every night, which was tough because we wanted to open the windows for air but then it was really loud. No AC.

Very nice stay with warm hospitality
Great stay right in the heart of Odda. Lovely staff, great breakfast and very clean, comfortable rooms. Might not be the most modern place with slightly dated decor, but nothing is broken/not working - everything is well looked after and maintained. Great place to stay if you visit Odda.

Great, but not perfect.
The view of the fjord was amazing and the room was big and spacious. However there was a damp smell from the bathroom (not a problem when the door was kept closed). And the “double room” booked turned out to be a twin single room.
