"For breakfast, it was only bread and coffee. I suggest offering more food options and charging breakfast as an additional fee if needed. Also, the bathroom exhaust fan was very noisy. I have reservations and come back again, I hope I can have a quieter room."

Everything is automated from the check in at a Kiosk, forwarding your luggage, and even storing your luggage is all done through your phone or a kiosk. If you make it error, it is time consuming bc you are not dealing with help from customer service. You have to figure it out yourself. I loved that the 7-11 was inside the hotel. The rooms were very clean. It's a big hotel so a lot of people go through the system so I get why its automated. I would book this hotel again although on the pricy side for it convenience to transportation."
