Search Hotels with Connecting Rooms in Udon Thani

"Room was very dirty and run down. There were stains and dark residue on walls, furniture, and the floor. And parts of the floor and walls was coming off/damaged. Not to mention, a huge line of ants going from the floor to the ceiling in the right corner of the room next to the window. Ended up having to switch hotels after a day due to these conditions. Talked with hotel staff and they agreed to a refund for the remainder of the time that we were supposed to stay there. However, it never went through. (I don’t know if it’s because Expedia’s staff messed things up or not. Cause Expedia’s agents themselves said everything was confirmed with the refund from the hotel and then later they went back on what they said, saying they can’t confirm or reach the hotel.)"
