Biking across Sweden from East to West, Uddevalla was our last pit-stop. A very pleasant hotel and a charming host/receptionist/owner. The hotel was a bit shut-down in the evening, but this was no great surprise. Good beds, nice and clean rooms and an adequate breakfast made our stay quite enjoyable.

The hotel was very good, the staff were friendly and the double room was a good size. The ensuite although not large was well designed with moveable glass doors to the shower giving maximum use to the room. The hotel was close to the centre the river and the ring road (E6). Dinner is not available at the hotel but The Meating room at a nearby and walkable Best Western was very good.

Beautifully presented with personal service
I booked this hotel at the last minute after my travel plans changed, so I wasn't sure what to expect. It is a very well presented boutique hotel, with bags of character founded on a nautical theme. A lot of thought has clearly gone into the design and decor. The owners and the staff were lovely and couldn't have been more helpful to me. It is a 5 minute walk from the centre of Uddevalla, but that is probably no bad thing.

God standard, stor rom, nydelig seng og frokost.
Fra utsiden ser hotellet ut som ett slitt bygg som ligger litt utenfor selve hovedgaten til Uddevalla. (Tar 7 min å gå dit). Innsiden av hotellet er ypperlig. Store rom, rent, helt greit bad. Nydelige senger. Var perfekt for oss. Dårlig med utsikt osv, men det var ikke vi opptatt av. Gode senger og relativt stort rom. Frokosten var magisk. Eggerøre som ikke er masseprodusert og godt bacon. Perfekt lite hotell som leverer varene så det holder. Sover her gjerne flere netter.
