Not the greatest experience. Very crowded hotel. The worst part, was that the lobby was on the second floor, and you needed to take the escalator to get there. This led to a lot of congestion, so I’m not sure what the thinking was in terms of this design.
On top of that, the spa and laundry facilities were very crowded as well.
As for the room, it was modern, clean and spacious enough for 2. With that said, the wi-fi connection was quite poor which was disappointing.
Overall, if you are looking for a calm and relaxing stay… I would not recommend this hotel. Despite its polished look, it felt more like a university dormitory than a hotel.

The hotel is not large and may only have limited rooms compared to we have stayed before but what it lacks in size it makes up for the other aspects of accommodation. Most important thing is location, location. This hotel is in the middle of the action. There is a family mart right across the street. A ton of restaurant on the left and right side. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room is compact but it will sleep what it says the capacity is. And they make sure they maintain it clean. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Osaka.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, the room was lovely, and everything was very clean. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
The only downside was the beds are a vit hard and the elevator situation. Having to take two separate elevators just to get in and out of the hotel was a bit frustrating, especially since they were often quite busy.
Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

"Overall, the hotel was elegant. We could not believe how quiet it was given that it's connected to the train station and right at the foot of the street that leads to the park. Great rooms and great location. We would definitely stay there again."
