The property is basic and rustic. While the villas are cute, they are poorly maintained, especially the bathrooms. It was really rather disgusting -- squashed bugs on the walls, no shower curtain, clearly the sink area had not been cleaned in years. Luckily, the bed was comfortable and appeared clean, but that was the only portion of the room that was.

A sweet place well located. Th staff were friendly and helpful. The place needs a bit of a refurbishment which I think they are doing. Nice big rooms with basic amenities and the pool was lovely. The breakfast was not very good so we skipped that.

あと一歩、

まず立地ですがこのホテルからモンキーフォレストまで徒歩で行くにはちょっと遠いです。最初からバイクを借りればよかったなと後から思いました。徒歩行動前提ならもう少しウブド中心部に近い方が便利かと。翌日はバイクで行動しましたが、ただバイクも坂の上の立地なので２ケツだと上り下りが結構危なっかしかったです。慣れてない人はご注意を。 朝食はバイキングではなく質素なパンケーキまたはサンドイッチです。 部屋は写真にもあるとおり無駄に広くて、かといって全くゴージャスではないので広すぎても不便なもんだなと初めて思いました（笑）部屋の設備は最低限のものだけです。 景色は写真のような感じはないと思った方がよろしいです。部屋の外はライステラスというより草地に近いかな（笑） あ、長所としてスタッフはみんなフレンドリーで全く問題なしです。 まあ総合的に金額相応といえばそうでしょうかね。リゾートフルなものは全く期待できないと思った方がいいです。初めてのバリだったので比較対象が他国のホテルになってしまうのですが。。。

Beautiful peaceful and quiet

My friend and me loved this place It was beautiful, quiet and serene yet very close to the amenities, shopping and sight seeing. The hotel staff were very friendly and warm. The rooms were spacious comfortable and had an old world charm to it. The view outside was nothing short of spectacular. The only drawback was the very limited food that was served, we arrived slightly late in the evening and would have loved if there was some room service or dining option available to us considering that we were a little tired and would have not liked to walk out in search of food. But all in all this place is fabulous. Hope the place is kept as is in the future, would love to come and stay there again.

Un bel havre de paix.

Hôtel très bien situé, dans le centre, nombreux restaurants, boutiques, temples à proximité. Il est en léger retrait par rapport à la rue aussi on entend pas trop les bruits. Si vous cherchez un spa, prenez à droite en sortant, et à quelques centaines de mètres vous trouverez le Gratia spa, si vous voulez vous relaxer, les soins y sont excellents. Concernant la chambre elle est spacieuse, le lit à baldaquin très confortable, piscine pas mal aussi.

Small property close to town and quiet.

Excellent accommodation in the stand alone joglo. Huge room, seperate, large bathroom. Pool is a reasonable size, clean and very relaxing. The property is about 200metres from central Ubud market with plenty of restaurants and shops at the doorstep. It is above street level so noise is minimal. Breakfast is available and ok but not lavish.

Lo mejor sin duda es la habitación, en la misma calle principal pero a la vez es súper tranquilo pq está en una pequeña subida. El hotel creo que no está en su mejor momento. Aunque tiene mucho potencial esta bastante descuidado, y aunque el personal es agradable, algunos no hablan inglés (el señor que se queda por la noche por ejemplo). La cama es cómoda (aunque un tanto corta). El desayuno bastante escaso. En general no está del todo mal, y el precio es muy barato

なかなかリゾート。ゆったりした部屋。

ウブドセンターから、車で5分ほど。 しかし最近は渋滞がひどく、王宮から30分かかることもある距離。 道に黄色い看板と、急な上り坂。わかりやすいと思います。 写真のとおりの建物、ロケーションです。 スタンダードルームでしたが、かなり広いです。 子供が走り回って遊べるくらい広いです。 冷蔵庫の中のソフトドリンク類とビールは補充はされませんが無料。 ペットボトルの水は毎日2本、冷蔵庫にいれておいてくれます。 朝食はブッフェの時とオーダー制の時がありますが、オーダー制だったとしても何回でも用意してくれます。 のーんびりやっている宿で、悪く言えばゆるいですが、テキパキしたサービスではないけれど、人間らしくて悪くないです。 洗濯物も出したらすぐ洗濯屋にとどけてくれたり、タオルをたくさん借りにいってもすぐ持ってきてくれたり、好印象。 ただ、雨が降ると、スタンダードルームはトイレが雨漏りしました。 風呂とトイレがこれまた広ーいのですが、深夜に雨が降り雨漏り、知らずに入り転びそうになりました。 スタッフに翌朝クレームしましたが、修理しますといったものの改善されず… この点だけが残念。 メガネのDuuiさんという女性スタッフがとても頼りになりました。 また使うと思います。 ぜひスタンダード以上のお部屋で。

Great small hotel and very kind and helpful staff. It felt like a small, peaceful island in the business of Ubud city centre. We stayed 5 nights total, rooms are massive, bathrooms are relatively simple.

Spacious, relaxing and excellent service staff!

It was great! Staff was polite and courteous! Hotel was very clean and we'll kept housekeeping! Shower had no curtain, toilet leaked when using and roof leaked when rained but bathroom was so spacious, didn't bother us. Has a lot of hot water which we loved! Location was great to walk to museums, ubud palace, art market and monkey sanctuary. Close for atv adventure, water rafting and safaris. A lot of lush greenery! If you have a challenge walking or use a wheel chair, may not be ideal place to stay due to accessibility. Loved the location being at the edge of the busy town so we weren't surrounded by it. Hotel was very relaxing!

O hotel é muito bonito. Os quartos são bangalôs isolados muito grandes, bonitos e confortáveis. O banheiro também é muito grande e confortável. O serviço sempre foi muito sinceramente simpático e amável. Café da manhã muito bom. Localização muito boa, sem estar no centro da movimentação de Ubud. Dá para fazer quase tudo a pé.

喜歡，地點很棒，離看日出的步道很近，也可走路去皇宮，最喜歡它的游泳池，在泳池渡過了悠閒的上午，不過，客房有濃濃香水味，這有點多餘，畢竟大自然的味道是最舒服的

Beautiful resort with beautiful surroundings.

Fantastic place, could not fault it. Beautiful hotel in lovely surroundings. Very friendly staff who were very helpful. Absolutely loads to do within walking distance, and even more a little further away. Would definitely stay again.

Unforgettable experience

We stayed there for my mother 60th birthday and we were not disapointed! They welcomed us with birthday cake and decorated the room for the event. The room was amazing, big, confortable and has anything you need. The pool is very nice. The breakfast was amazing: you had so much choice. And the staff lovely. Highly recommended
