Great stay!!!

This place is amazing. If you are looking for a lot of stuff within walking distance then this might not be for you. However, it is just a 10 minute taxi into Ubud. If you are looking for something very private then this is exactly the place for you. The pool, the outside cabana, the room, all way great. And the staff of Kamajaya was terrific. I will absolutely stay here again.

Une vraie déception !

J'ai séjourné 4 nuits à Kamajaya Villa pour la seconde fois. J'ai découvert cet établissement pour ma première fois en 2019 avant le covid et j'avais ete ravis, alors cette année je n'ai pas hésité a revenir. Malheureusement 3 ans se sont passés et beaucoup de choses ont changé. Soyons claires, Kamajaya reste un bel établissement d'une dizaines de villas seulement toutes privatisées. Le personnel est a vos soins et les villas sont très sympa. A l'inverse, pendant notre séjour de 4 nuits, nous n'avons pas pu utiliser les toilettes de notre chambre pendant 2 nuits suite à un soucis de canalisation bouchées. Ce sont des choses qui arrivent, mais c'est pas cool quand ça tombe sur vous ! Faire caca dans les toilettes de l'accueil quand on met le budget pour une villa privée c'est moyen. Au bout de la 3 ème nuit l'hotel nous a changé de chambre t nous les remercions. Malheureusement dans cette nouvelle chambre il avait dû y avoir un dégât des eaux et le parquet flottant assez décollé et nous nous prenions régulièrement les pieds dedans. Les lumieres de la piscine ne fonctionnaient pas dans les deux villas que nous avons eux. L'hotel ne proposait pas de service de massages, ou de petit dejeuner comme lors de mon premier séjour. Nous avons dû nous meme demander a l'acccueil d'avoir un petit dej le matin. Bref je suis terriblement déçu car j'avais adoré Kamajaya mais en 3 ans les choses ont bien changées et je crois que l'hotel doit sérieusement s'entretenir plus régulièrement !

Beautiful stay!

I really recommend this villa. Great room ( ac is nice, wifi is good, breakfast is yummy, room is clean) More than that, all the staff there were awesome!! They are so kind, helpful and happy! Their smile&energy made our stay better:) Also, it is a bit far from the central Ubud but the staff take you to the central by the private car for free which we used everyday so it was totally fine with the location. Overall, it is just amazing and me and my friends really loved it!!

I think it is a great villa for the price. I loved the private pool. It was deep and big enough to enjoy swimming every day. The open living room was also great. We enjoyed taking a nap on a couch and sunbathing at the poolside. The best thing about this villa was the hospitality. People were so kind and helpful.

The villa was clean and spacious. It was a bit far from the center of Ubud, but manageable to get there and back. Breakfast was warm and tasty. The staff were fantastic.

Kamajaya Villas has great potential to be one of the best accommodations in Ubud, however, the service lacks in the details. It is situated about 10 to 15 min from the city center, so accessibility is an issue. Communication could be better e.g. we were not informed about shuttle services and there was a mix up with location and timing of pick up and drop off. Breakfast was not always provided at the requested time and was delayed by 30 to 40 min on 2/5 days we were there. The water pressure was also not ideal or consistent. Overall, the villa was beautiful and the atmosphere was peaceful. Despite the communication issues, the staff were lovely and friendly. The breakfast provided was delicious.

The accommodation was comfortable and spacious. Although breakfast choices were limited, the meal was served tasty and warm in the villa at the requested time. My main criticism is of the location which is too far out to walk to town and getting a taxi back on our last night took a while. Overall quiet and comfortable with friendly helpful staff

beautiful clean and comfortable villa

i book this hotel at last minute, when i arrive ther, they didnt have my booking information yet. we took a while to clear it up. hotels. com have to improve your system. anyway, the villa is beautiful，clean, and comfortable, the environment is great. breakfast is only OK. people are nice and helpful.

We had a beautiful stay here, so cosy and made it feel like home for our 5 day stay. Ubud was wonderful, and returning o the villa each night was a wonderful place to stay. Great facilities, food was wonderful, especially having breakfast served to our room each morning. Everyone gave great service with a smile and we hope that we ca return to Ubud and Kamajaya one day

Great staff.... Very friendly and helpful. Villas are a really nice place to stay. A/C works well in the bedrooms and the open areas are comfortable and spacious. Pretty quiet area and not in a busy area. There are a couple of nice places to eat D'yuma had great pizza and is very inexpensive, and Kult was very good too.

Shower heater doesn't last more than 10 minutes before it's an ice cold shower. The place is DIRTY, Air-conditioning is breaking down and when you ask for help, they tell you management is in Jarkata. POOR STAY.

Kamajaya is a lovely and clean property - the villas are very comfortable and quiet. The property is located in a nice and chilled part of Ubud and it is easy and cheap to get to any of the markers, restaurants, attractions and bars that Ubud has on offer. The free shuttle into central Ubud was really handy and the complimentary breakfast served by the pool did the trick every time. There is a more up market hotel across the road that has a really nice restaurant and bar if you don't want to venture far away and they also deliver delicious meals if you just want to stay around the villa. The property was clean and the staff were really friendly and always happy to help. Totally recommended for the price point and would totally stay again.

Fantastic private villa hidden amongst the hustle and bustle in ubud. Stayed just 2 nights. Very quiet and peaceful during the day and night. Spotless rooms, cozy king size bed, and fabulous local breakfast. Did I mention Private pool? Absolutely stunning and well deserved privacy and not having to share a common pool. Staff are amazing, and helpful. Rented a scooter as well from reception. Will definitely be back for a longer stay in the near future. Thanks Kamajaya Villas

What a delightful treat! My fiancé and I were looking for some privacy and this place exceeded our expectations! Less neighbors, high walls for privacy, spacious clean beds, private pool, standing shower and large bath tub for 2! We came at the beginning of the rainy season and the outdoor concept for the dining area was still very much enjoyable. We were greeted by the friendliest staff. A wonderful breakfast is provided when you select it the night prior to. The WiFi was a little spotty at times but it didn’t seem to bother us.

Absolutely lovely hotel, highly recommended!

I highly recommend this hotel! Kamajaya Villas was just a wonderful experience. The villa was even nicer than expected, you have so much privacy there and the facilities is great. All the staff was so friendly and helpful, we just loved everyone. They serve you a beautiful breakfast by the pool each morning and with a great cup of coffee you really can’t have a better start of the day than that.

　1万円前後の価格で10mのプール付き、リビングは広く、バスルームは大型バスタブにセパレートシャワーと、施設のコストパフォーマンスは凄いと思いました。 　スタッフも親切ですが、ホテルのプロはマネージャーのアルガさんだけで、他は普通の人でした。ホテルというよりゲストハウスかホームステイに近い感じです。 　レストランがなくルームサービスのみで、料理はどこかのワルンのブンクス（弁当）でした。価格はワルンの3〜４倍と、かなり高めでした。ワルンが並ぶサヤン通りまでは、徒歩５〜６分と思います。最寄りのレストランは高級ヴィラホテル、カユマニス・ウブドのダイニングコーナーですが、2人で食べればカマジャヤ1泊分より高いかも（笑）。
