Tivemos uma experiência razoável. O hotel tem boa infraestrutura externa mas os detalhes deixam a desejar. Banheiro com azulejos sujos, chuveiros antigos e as fotos são reais mas o espaço nas fotos parece maior do que realidade. Café da manhã simples e servido tarde (8h). Pra Ubatuba que tem muitas praias, vc quer sair cedo e gastar o dia. Estacionamento meio conturbado colocaram um carro atrás do meu e eu queria sair cedo e até achar o chave do outro carro, chave do portão perdemos uns minutos. As ruas de acesso são todas de terra e se tiver um carro baixo vai sofrer. No mais o atendimento é ótimo.

Hotel muito antigo. Bem aquém do esperado e principalmente do preço cobrado nas diárias. Já começa na hora do check in. O estabelecimento não tem vagas de estacionamento suficientes. Apesar de bem localizado, tem muitos problemas de estrutura e no serviço em geral. Quartos limpos, mas roupas de cama e banho manchadas de ferrugem e água sanitária. Café da manhã aparentemente bom. Mas na prática foi complicado. Frutas passadas, café e leite com gosto de velhos, e variedade inexistente. Todos os dias a mesma coisa. Televisão péssima, apenas três canais.

A vantagem fica por conta de ser bem próximo a praia da Enseada, uns 50 metros. O local é simples, com atendentes solícitos. Café da manhã também simples. O acesso é muito ruim, choveu em um dos dias e formaram várias poças de barro. O estacionamento é na rua (há somente três vagas internas), no entanto, parece ser um lugar seguro. Sugiro uma melhora do papel higiênico utilizado e servirem água mineral no café.
