"Landmark Hotel is an excellent place to stay in Pikeville: clean, well-maintained &, when we were there, quiet. Exactly what is needed after a long day's drive. The staff are welcoming & helpful. They couldn't be more friendly. Two comments, though both are minor: It was strange that two remotes are needed for the room television & whatever cable or satellite service they have is limited: CNN, Fox, & Newsmax - yes. But why no MS Now? Second, it would help to have brochures with information about local restaurants. We like to "eat local" & found a great Italian restaurant on the other side of town - but purely by chance. Overall, though, we were glad to stay at Landmark & will, again, when we're in Pikeville."

"Our room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Melissa provided us with an excellent complete breakfast. She was so attentive and hard working. The staff was friendly and helpful. Besides Melissa, special mention to Kyle and Buffy the manager. Kyle helped me jump our car. Buffy brought us a whole canister of coffee when there was a shortage of packets in the room."

"This is a place our family stays a few times a year. We visit to maintain the connection to our roots as well as change flowers at the family graveyard. This hotel is so great and feels like home away from home. It is consistently clean, safe, easily accessible and the employees are top notch. Theres a hot breakfast daily and an attendant who is accommodating of your needs. The cleaning staff does a wonderful job preparing for our stay and maintaining the cleanliness with daily tidying. I highly recommend this spot if you ever have the opportunity to pass through."
