"We are local and go somewhere every year for a business retreat. We stayed at this hotel last year and decided to stay again this year. I was surprised when I arrived that there is a $10/day/car parking charge, which was not disclosed in the booking per Colorado’s House Bill 25-1090 to prohibit Junk Fees. I pushed back and Hotels.com stated that they did disclose it - by making the user click twice to get to the tiny verbiage that said there may be additional fees. I have screen shots, I have comparable screen shots for how it should look and how their other bookings look, and nothing. So, beware there is a useless $10 charge for parking in not-busy-at-all Broomfield Colorado and Hotels.com will not help with the issue at all. The hotel was of no help either, which soured our experience. I really liked this place last year but we will not be staying again."

"The bed was comfy, the room was quiet, we appreciate a separate living room area/kitchen and love the 12 pm checkout. The front desk staff weren't exceptionally friendly and there was long black hairs on the floor of the bathroom so not super clean. Be aware that the pool was under maintenance (although it is winter) and that the lobby bathrooms were under construction. Overall, ok for the price, but room for improvement."

Had some issues with the room the TV wouldn't function so we moved next door that was easily fixed otherwise it was a good experience nice little breakfast in the morning was very handy.
