"Website said the total charge for my two dogs was 150.00 dollars. Actual charge was 320.00 dollars. Staff said the website was wrong and to cancel my reservation would result in a full charge for the week i had booked. The lady was not kind in her speech or manner. I will not be staying at an Extended Stay again. "

"Lots of amenities are out of order such as ice machine on the 3rd floor and the hot tub was out of order for months, and the AC was very noisy and wonky. Location is very close to the highway so it's pretty noisy. I'm not sure why some reviews commented the breakfast is good. Basically all food are served at room temperature and always ran out of milk in the dispenser. I do not recommend this place for travelers."

"We had such an amazing stay! This hotel is absolutely perfect for families. The indoor swimming area is a huge highlight—spacious, super fun, and very well maintained. It really felt like a mini indoor water park, and the kids couldn’t get enough of it! Everything throughout the hotel was impressively clean and well cared for, which made our stay even more comfortable and relaxing. The location is also fantastic, with plenty of nearby activities, dining options, and things to do—so we never ran out of ways to enjoy our time. The staff truly made the experience even better. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The only small thing that would make this place even more perfect would be having smart TVs or streaming options available in the rooms. But honestly, that’s just a bonus—everything else exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families looking for a fun, clean, and convenient getaway!"
