"Beautiful location right across from the beach. Great view of Batumi from our balcony. Really enjoyed the cafe on the property, we were there every day for coffee and the sandwiches were surprisingly good as well. It’s a new property with some construction happening, but nothing that disturbed our stay aside from a few quick power outages. "This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff were very rude. The shower water was warm for a few moments and then turned cold. You have to wait a long time to use the elevator. There was a terrible sewage smell coming from the rooms. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel"
