"A northern lodge feel on the shore of Lake Superior; walking distance from Canal Park food, shopping, and sites. Great to watch a sailboat or ship come into the harbor. Included breakfast was wonderful."

"It seems that most hotels are going for the minimalist look and this hotel is no exception. The room was tiny, no closet, only hooks and a rod sticking out and a few hangers. The bench under the TV, which was supposed to be a place for your suitcase, was underneath the hanging TV so much that you could not open the top of the suitcase and leave it open. The bathroom, by contrast, was a decent size. The bed was more firm than we were used to, but worked fine. Our room was quiet. The breakfast was good with a large open breakfast area."

"My husband and I decided to do a two day vacation here at camping co and wish we had a few more days! It was very cute and pictures don’t deceive the expectations. The owner and staff were extremely friendly and helpful while we were there. I would recommend to anyone who wants a few days away in the refreshing outdoors. Pack your hiking boots!! We will be returning next fall for more days!"
