"Great location, staff was accommodating, rooms were comfortable. Rm 305 mattress was too worn, I kept rolling towards the middle. Breakfast was okay. I prefer fresh eggs and the sausage seemed like it was prepared in a microwave."

"We had a lovely relaxing stay at this property. The staff at this property were helpful and friendly. The location was convenient and we enjoyed the views of the lake. The two things that could have improved our stay would have been the availability of a king size bed and some improved quality in the hot breakfast. ( Next time, I will get two queens!). As to breakfast, it did have the usual hot choices, waffles, and oatmeal and had a unique “breakfast sandwich” concept, but I wasn’t a big fan of the preformed egg patties."

"I can not say enough about this place! We stayed 2 nights. The room was great, spacious, clean and everything you could think of was available! (Pots, pans, stove, fridge, etc, which btw, the fridge was larger than the normal hotel fridge). The view was beautiful, check-in was extremely easy, close to everything too! We enjoyed out stay so much and hated to leave. We will certainly come back to Hot Springs and will not stay anywhere but here! It's a little dated, however, it felt more like "Home" versus a hotel stay! I love that every room had its own balcony w/ supplied table & chairs. The dock was a great added benefit & we enjoyed sitting on it day & night. The large room was great & spacious. Everything was extremely clean & the color scheme of the room allowed for a homey feeling versus the dreaded "Hotel" feeling. Thank you very much to The Hamilton for this great stay. We can't wait to come back and have already told so many people about this hidden gem!!"
