"I arrived a day late to this property only to be told that my reservation was cancelled even though I paid for two nights.I was informed by the manager that it is policy to cancel reservation if you don't turn up on the first night. I was then informed if I wanted to book a room for the night arrived, I would need to pay for it even though they were already paid for two nights accommodation. Management were not helpful at all; not recommended."

"Not one, but two fireplaces - with one in the bedroom - loved them both. Also a Nespresso machine in the room - they had decaffeinated pods so I was able to enjoy that each morning. There really is a difference with that coffee - George Clooney is right! The restaurant had a great menu and the chicken parmesan was a favourite! The staff, in particular, Rinaldo, went out of his way to make sure I had what I needed. Travelling solo helps you meet the best people!! Loved the shower and the bed! Everything was clean. Lots of parking. A summer visit would let you walk out the patio door in the room and to sit with a glass of wine and enjoy the sun. All in all, a great experience and glad I came in winter!"

"Had a really good stay at the Crandell Mountain Lodge. The room was clean and ample for space and it was great to have a small kitchenette available for breakfast. Location was fantastic as it was quick and easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. Check-in and check out was smooth and the staff was friendly. "
