The staff was the best part of my stay. They were all friendly and helpful. The description about all the amenities was correct, but very minimalist. The pool and spa were under repair; therefore, not available for use. The breakfast was also minimal.

They are in a transition period (change in ownership), so there is some construction going on. The name doesn't come up on Google Maps, but go to the address and the hotel is there. The rooms are clean, the staff is EXCELLENT, and continental breakfast was available.

Staff was great! Both ladies that checked me in and out respectively were nice to talk to and very welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable for the price. They are under construction so there’s stuff all over the parking lots but it’s just temporary. I’m excited to see how it turns out.

Overall, it was a good stay. Beds were comfy and room was decent. However, it’s not the nicest facility and the staff wasn’t very friendly. I didn’t try the breakfast, so not sure on that. Price was great! Not a bad place to stay, would rate it 3.5-4 overall.

Hotel was clean and well kept for the most part. A bit farther from Joshua Tree but isn't a bad thing. Bed was comfortable and shower was clean. Will book here again when I go back!

Staff was very friendly but the ac in our room wasn’t working properly, the bathtub wasn’t draining well and the sheets had yellow stains on them. The location is great if you are planning to visit Joshua Tree National Park but other than that, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Good basic accommodation in a quieter part of town.The hotel does feel dated and tired and needs a good refurbishment. Nothing especially wrong with it and we only stayed one night so it fit our needs for a simple stay overnight whilst travelling. Good basic breakfast available however the pool was closed and out of service during our stay in October 2025 and it looks like it's been shut for a while.We had a problem with the room that we initially were allocated but we were moved quickly and without fuss. Not bad for a short stay.
