You blame us, but you have NO clue or are aware that you booked your room at Expedia. WE CANNOT CHANGE THEIR LISTED POLICY AT THEIR WEBSITE.We have to follow the policy you accepted and signed. You are free to write what you like, however wish you had a sense of logic, you knew the Motel office was closed at 9 Pm. you booked a room at 10.01 PM then YOU CAME TO THE MOTEL ON MIDNIGHT 1 AM. . YOU NEVER STAYED AT THE MOTEL ON 10/27/23 nor YOU WERE charged fees or rent was charged. what is the platform you have to get upset?
