The location of this hotel is great, not too far from downtown, close to central shops and cathedral church. Easy and convenient to local shops.

Upon check in we were given a room that was already occupied. It was embarrassing because we woke up the guest when I tried to open the door. Fortunately he had the security lock on and very kindly showed us his room key. We apologized and needed to return to the front desk for a new room. We asked the security guard to check the new room to avoid being embarrassed again!

Not my first option for my next trip.
It was Ok, they have to changed my room as the first one the shower looks quite dirty. Is a bit noisy due their location, unfortunately the pool was closed to repairs and surprising the hotel looks dated, I like City Express because they tend to be more up with their upkeep, unfortunately this is not.

I love everything this hotel offers. Free breakfast and free coffee and water available all day long. It's clean everywhere. Nobody can't beat that for hotels of that price. I love it.

Airport Shuttle not on demand
Airport is 35km away and the airport shuttle from this hotel is only twice in a day at 7am and 1pm.

I particularly liked the young lady on reception who's English was so good. She was very helpful. Forgot to tip her, will give her a big tip when I next stay with you.

Good Place to stay!
Overall not bad Hotel; The only problem, far from downtown. Othewise I recommend this place. Also close to the hotel I recommend a Restaurant that has very food and an outstanding view of the City.
