I enjoyed my stay at Key Inn. The area was quiet and felt safe during my stay. Room neede a little fixing but all in all a decent place. There were restaurant within walking distance and many other places. The hotel does not offer a laundry facility, but there is a laundromat that is about 3 mins of walking. Housekeeping is offered daily so that is always a great plus. All in all I enjoyed our stay and would recommend the place.

Key Inn & Suites sits in a great location. There are restaurants within walking distance, a laundry facility also within walking distance. Staff are friendly and courteous. The room really wasn't too bad. It is pretty spacious and clean. There were two things that were a bit of an issue. The bathroom door had an issue with a loose hinge and the carpets could use some cleaning. I do not like to wear footwear indoors and my feet was getting dirty from walking around the room that I ended up wearing socks the entire time....maybe a good steam cleaning or however you would clean carpets. All in all, I would rate the hotel a 9/10!

This is a low-cost hotel, a perfectly serviceable hotel for a seasoned traveler who needs something simple and cheap (not recommendfor family). It's right of the highway so noise can be an issue. Location's decent, with the Marketplace with 5 minutes. First room smelled of smoke but staff provided a second room without issue.

The room seemed like it was just updated. Smelt like new carpet. The heating unit could have used an upgrade too it was very loud. There was only like warm water. I tried to wash my face and the water in both skunk and shower didn’t get above room temp at best.

Total letdown not as advertised
Room was filthy and crawling with roaches my daughter checked in and was out in less than 10 minutes we requested a refund and were told it was non refundable due to cancelation this was not a cancelation it was a conscious decision not to sleep in a filthy roach infested room even if it was for 1 night I gladly spent twice as much at another hotel down the road Overall cleanliness of rooms is subpar and pest control is highly recommended if not required by state or local standards
