"First of all the staff was awesome, very accommodating. Hotel was a bit aged and pool had not been reopened from Helene but visit was in November, and who uses a pool in Tennessee in November? Breakfast was fresh and tasty, had enough for me, and I LIKE breakfast. I will be going back!"

"Loved our stay at Briggs Brothers Ranch! Woke up to the roosters crowing from behind the cabins, walked outside to the glowing autumn mountain side and crisp fall air. The rooms can be entered from the outside but then they are connected to a hallway on the interior that leads to the community area where there is a fireplace, table and kitchen. The roads to the ranch are a little scary at night since they are so narrow and winding but if you drive slowly you should be fine. The Briggs Bros had great communication and were very nice! We wish we had more time to explore the ranch and ride the horses but we will definetly be back! 10/10 recommend! "

"The bed was comfortable. The hotel was quiet. The shower head had good pressure. We had parking near the door. Staff responded quickly to requests. We did not have the breakfast. "

"The tile bathroom and LVP floors in the room were so dirty. The towels got wet from the shower and it picked up all this dirt as the towell scooted around the floor. It’s nasty. They need to mop the floors. The backside of the building has cobwebs and all kinds of other crap on it. Doesn’t look like they power washed the building in years. "
