"My room was absolutely perfect and clean the new renovated facilities are amazing! The staff were friendly even though there were some language barriers lol. The beach view was the best part of the room I would definitely recommend this place especially for the price. Now my only gripe is if your trying to go to the pool plan in advance because it might be full of people other than that the beach is right there so we still enjoyed ourselves!"

"My husband and I enjoyed our 9 night stay! Check-in was fast and friendly! Our oceanfront efficiency was clean & spacious. Access to the beach was easy and fast. We enjoyed the 2 pools and the indoor jacuzzi. Although, our last night we went down to the jacuzzi and found about 4-5 young kids, 6-9 years old, running and jumping in & out with pool noodles. We left & I reported it to the front desk clerk. She was very apologetic & had someone address it. The staff we had contact with were all very nice & helpful. We recommend Perry’s for your family vacation or just a quick weekend getaway! We are already planning our next visit."

"Check in staff was very rude and non accommodating Check in time is 16:00, we arrived at 16:45 and were given a hard time about our reservation because we booked through a "third party" and then gave us a room that wasnt clean yet and said there were no more rooms available. But a nice gentlemen said that was unacceptable and went to the office and swapped our room to a room that was available and said there were plenty of rooms she (check in lady) could have given us."
