We had bed bugs along with other people in other rooms and they wouldn’t cancel our second night or refund us because we used Expredia.

Access to hotel was easy, and exterior is nice. Lobby is very welcoming, as was staff. However, the warm breakfast was substandard - there was enough options but neither the eggs nor sausages very appealing to the tastebuds. I also had a change in plans and telling the desk attendant that would be checking out a day early (next day), was given incorrect information on possible refund. Needed to go through my 3rd party booking agent. I didn't know nor did the man at the counter. In the end, more my mistake than his, but...

Looks appealing from the outside and lobby, but the room felt very bare bones. Paint chipping, shower worked poorly. I had to turn the fridge on and it took a while to get cold. All in all it was an ok room, the bed was comfortable and seemed clean.

The bed was HORRIBLE!! So bad that although we have a reservation here on our return trip that we might just forget it and go someplace else. If you like sleeping on concrete, this place will suit you fine!!

this place was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at. All of the towels that were in the room when we checked in were stained, and we went down to the desk four times to get new ones. EVERY SINGLE ONE provided had black, brown, and red marks and stains on them they tried to play off as their “orange detergent”. The actual bed had stains all over it. The sheets had hair all over them as well as brown stains. The floors were gross. The trim on the wall was cracked and discolored. The bathroom had pee stains on the walls. There were stains all over the bed rooms walls. I would rather sleep on the street than stay here again. The staff was absolutely rude and awful to deal with, as well. While we were trying to get new towels, two separate people were trying to check out early from roaches in their rooms. I actually have no clue how this place is still operating and hope it gets shut down soon.

Huey was excellent at accommodating our check in peculiarities. The entire staff is courteous and the interior appears to be freshly painted. Our only complaint is the slow hot water in the showers. My group had 5 rooms for two nights and everyone had this problem.

The property itself is actually lovely on the inside with a beautiful lobby and breakfast area. And--the staff was AMAZING! The young lady that checked us in was the BEST! However, our room was just adequate. It was relatively clean, but the bed was very uncomfortable. We only needed a quick place to crash for the night, and this met our needs just fine so we didnt complain. If the bed was better, we would definitely try this location again. Again, the ladies that helped us were fantastic.

The hotel smelled and our towels were dirty. I went to get some clean towels and was addressed in a very rude way. I was eventually given new “dirty “ towels. Luckily we were able to find a couple of cleanish one to do. Appsolultly shocked at how this place was rated!!!!! There was nothing even close to it’s description!!!!!

The room was okay for the price. The beds were 2 fulls, instead of 2 queens. Our room was an exterior room facing the interstate. We heard traffic noise all night. If anyone was in the hall walking or talking, we could hear them so well that it sounded like our door was open. Like I said, the hotel was okay for the price, but I was expecting a little more.

They came and cleaned my room everyday, replaced with fresh towels and it actually smelled like they used cleaning products!!! I felt very comfortable being there for 3 days.

We have stayed at this property several times. This time was awful! When we arrived, our room smelled like mildew. On top of that, there were children that were above us that stomped and ran all night long. Calls ro the front desk only stopped it for a short time.

First of all the room reeked of mildew and stinky feet. The sheets were VERY starchy and uncomfortable. Also the walls are paper thin. Called the office numerous times over people staying on the upper floor stomping and jumping to no avail. A one and done stay.
