"Nice property with friendly staff. Pool is a bonus and proximity to the beach very convenient. Hotel also has its own parking lot which is competitively priced. Downtown area is a short walk away, roughly 1.5 kms."
"The location was amazing. Right there on the busy strip with shops and restaurants and the beach. The people managing it were really nice and helpful. The young woman Alice was very sweet and kind. And a hard worker, making sure the breakfast was served and the area cleaned. Would definitely come back."
"The hotel was in the perfect location in Cefalù. The room rate included breakfast, outdoor parking in a lot just 50 meters from the hotel, and a discount for renting a spot at the beach club/lido directly across the street.
The hotel breakfast was out of this world! It included both hot and cold options, fresh fruit, and unlimited coffee. There were also plenty of cold cuts, bread, paninis, and eggs—more than enough to make sandwiches for lunch.
We didn’t have dinner at the hotel restaurant, which was a big mistake. I saw the menu, and everything looked both affordable and appealing. I definitely regret not trying it.
The hotel didn’t lack anything. The room had a safe, hairdryer, shower, plenty of shampoo and body wash, and enough towels. The air conditioning was controlled by the front desk. If you wanted the room cooler, you simply gave them your room number, and they could adjust the temperature remotely through their system. Amazing service!
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay at this hotel again. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Cefalù!"
"This hotel was gorgeous!! Perfect beach, like a dream. The upgraded room was beautiful and worth every cent.
The only reason I am rating this slightly lower, is because 60% of the staff is SO rude.
To start off positive- the morning breakfast staff were so kind and welcoming. The beach bar staff- SO great! Maybe 1 of the receptionists and room service, also kind. Besides for that- never in my life have I stayed at such a beautiful hotel with such unfriendly staff.
Practically anytime we would try to kindly ask for help (a taxi reserved, reservation at dinner, to pay the bill at the hotel restaurant), we were met with an eye roll and unfriendly reply. Not sure if it’s a cultural difference but it’s the first time I’ve ever experienced this in Europe or Italy specifically- so worth noting!! Still the pros outweighed the cons and we had a great time once we changed our expectations of the level of service. <3"
"Really nice stay at the Grand Palladium Sicilia. I will say that some of areas of room could do with updating. Some of the wardrobes had stains on. The food was excellent! A la carte restaurants were all fantastic and there was such a vast amount of choice and variety in the buffet with a different themed cuisine each night. Everyone was exceptionally helpful and the animation team did a brilliant job throughout the day and night. Would highly recommend!"
