"It is a new hotel and could be a very nice hotel but there are things that still need to be done before anybody would want to stay there. We stayed in a room with no phone and no clock no view and windows that couldn’t even open.. There’s nothing to do. They do offer a free ferry to get to the other side of the island where things are happening. They have no bike rental no ability to set up tours. The local Bliss beach is closed from Monday through Thursday. It is a beachfront property that is covered in sarcasm so you can’t use the beach anyway. they have a nice pool. It is as if they opened too soon they have condos. They are called the blue Zen which does you know good at the hotel the condos have a fitness center, kayaks, other activities, but the hotel has nothing. If you like room service, there is none. If you’d like to watch anything on Netflix or prime good luck. They have a small restaurant out on the dock we had two breakfast there one was OK and one was good. Even if you get a good deal on Expedia, I would wait till this hotel has better amenities before I would look at ever staying there again. No fault to the staff. They were awesome. They were communicating with me on WhatsApp because we didn’t have any kind of phone system to communicate on. They have a beach towel that you can use while you’re there that was nice. in all reality if I come back to the island, I will stay on the southside."

"Small, new, modern hotel with a nicely landscaped pool area located near the Sir Barry Bowen Municipal airport. The communication with the hotel via Expedia messaging was excellent. They got in touch a couple of weeks beforehand, and I was sent information on how to access my room the day before arrival. The room was relatively large and included a kitchenette. Everything was like new."

"We stayed two nights. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable though a little on the extra firm side, The pillows were definitely hard, more so than any hotel I've ever stayed. Overall, comfortable stay and close to the water taxi (within easy walkable distance for us), and the airport. Drawbacks: They put us in a room with a window that was blacked out, that side of their hotel is right up against their new building. There was no mention in the listings about what are essentially windowless rooms. At check-in the desk person also did not mention there is not a functioning window. The other irk was that the front desk staff, while I was standing there trying to figure out how to get cash for a taxi to the airport (my bank card wasn't working and the taxi's do not take credit cards), never mentioned they have a shuttle that does airport runs. We had to find out from other guests who happened to be on a day tour we did. The rooftop restaurant is nice. Food is good. Drinks are good. Great views from the outdoor terrace side. Staff was friendly and attentive. "

"The staff was great. They were very helpful and the property is beautiful. If your looking to stay a short distance for the party zone this is the property for you. Close enough to be part of everything. But far enough away to enjoy the quiet and tranquility."
