"All inclusive was not all inclusive in my opinion. We got charged for Wifi, charged for safe-deposit box, charged for ice-cream, charged for baby stroller.
Towels only get changed every 2 days and bedsheets only 2x a WEEK.
No laundry service available at all.
Only good thing is that the main restaurant food was decent and good variety (except for breakfast. This was the same each morning).
Enjoyed the grilled food. Staff in main restaurant were really kind and polite.

"öncelikle odalar konforlu ve temiz herşey yeni ve kaliteli sadece yastıklar biraz zayıftı düzeltilirse 4*4 lük olur. çalışanlar oldukça ilgili ve güler yüzlü. denizin koda olması ayrıca ormanın içinde olması hem doğa hem deniz combo tatil. içkiler kaliteli markalar hep bilin merkalar öyle hayatta adını duymadığınız şeylerle karşılaşmıyorsunuz. yemeklere gelince kahvaltı iyi snakeler güzel sadece akşam yemeği bi tık zayıf kalıyor aöa düzeltilebilir. biz oldukça keyig aldık tekrar gidermiyiz...

"Hotel was good, but staff training and coordination lacked big time. Front office team was really bad, knowledge and communication did not appear, they could not even answer simple questions, can’t fix their own mistakes. They were not trained at all. Restaurant team looked tired of certain demographic of quests, who are demanding and rude to the staff, but once they get to know you staff was really nice. "Do not go to this hotel! There are so many better ones! Beach is full of plastic and dirty. Some staff are friendly others are not. Buffet is very limited. All-in: only bad wine, beer, vodka and whiskey.
Rooms are only cleaned to a limited extent. Two small swimming pools where there is already shade quickly. The show every night was ok."
