Lets begin with the positives. The apartment is in a great location within easy walking distance of many of the main attractions, the Porta Nuova railway station and the airport bus drop off point. Very convenient and the nearest supermarket (Carrefour) is right by the entrance.The Wi-Fi works well. The photos in the listing were very flattering but the reality is very different. There is no attention to detail with stuff (eg broken coat stand) that could be easily fixed. The bed left much to be desired - uncomfortable and worn. Dont even look at the stained spare pillows in the curtained wardrobe. Cleanliness was OK overall but the shower cubicle and in particular the shower curtain was nothing short of disgusting. There is really no excuse for this - its as if the owners simply just don't care. It could be great - but improvements are long overdue.
