Séjour en famille à Turin dans un appartement bien situé au cœur du centre historique. L’espace est agréable, simple, assez spacieux, même si l’équipement est limité et que la salle de bain sentait le moisi. Un peu de bruit côté rue. Le check-in autonome s’est déroulé correctement, avec une procédure claire et l’envoi de la clé électronique juste avant l’heure prévue. En revanche, la suite du séjour a été gâchée par des problèmes d’accès répétés : impossibilité d’ouvrir la porte de l’appartement le matin, puis impossibilité d’entrer dans l’immeuble l’après-midi. Après dix minutes d’attente au call center de Wonderful Italy, on nous a simplement demandé de ne pas quitter l’appartement, sans solution concrète. Une heure plus tard, on nous a annoncé que tout était réglé. Pourtant, le soir, l’accès à l’immeuble était toujours impossible. Nous avons dû sonner à toutes les portes pour qu’un voisin nous ouvre. Le service client s’est ensuite limité à des messages automatiques, sans suivi réel ni résolution durable. Et après le check-out, on m’a même demandé si j’autorisais l’accès à l’appartement… preuve d’une absence totale de communication interne. Une expérience décevante et stressante où l’on se retrouve seul face au problème. Appartement correct, mais gestion et assistance absolument insuffisantes. Je ne recommande pas Wonderful Italy.
