Liked that it was a good distance in between downtown and Juve stadium, and they held our bags for us while we went to the game before check in.
Did not like that the front desk held our passports for a really long time at check in. Told us to go up to our rooms first and we’d get them later. When we went back down a few minutes later (since hotels usually take 3min for this process), the man at the front desk gave us attitude and said “they’re not ready yet, come back later”. Those are our passports!!! Did not feel comfortable leaving them for that long.
Additionally, a few things in the room were run-down. Shower door didn’t close, drains were clogged, and hairdryer was broken. Also it was pretty noisy.
