Fantastic room , quality and luxurious throughout the hotel , happy helpful staff. Only let down was breakfast ( expensive for what was offered) poor hot food selection and quality, unusual for Hilton so disappointing. Eat out ! spoilt for choice would be the advice

I stayed at Hilton Turin Centre for a night and had a lovely experience. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of Turin, within walking distance of all the main attractions, cafés, and elegant piazzas. My room was spacious and beautifully designed, with a very comfortable bed, crisp linens, stylish furniture, and a bright modern bathroom. Everything felt clean, calm, and well thought out. The only small downside was that the housekeeping team started cleaning very early in the morning — as soon as guests left their rooms, they immediately began working on the floor. I was woken up before 9 a.m. one day by the sound of vacuuming from above. It’s a minor thing, but perhaps a slightly later cleaning schedule would make mornings more peaceful for guests.

Ottimo hotel: posizione strategica, camera ampia, ben climatizzata e silenziosa. Ottimo servizio con grande disponibilità L'unica "nota negativa" la SPA che chiude alle 19:30, ne avremmo usufruito piu' che volentieri al rientro in serata in hotel dopo le lunghe camminate.

Wir haben für einen Städtetrip hier übernachtet. Das Hotel ist sehr hochwertig und modern eingerichtet. Die Zimmer wurden neu gestaltet und sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und die Innenstadt fußläufig erreichbar. Für die Erkundung der Stadt ideal gelegen. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist gut. Der Kaffee ist allerdings schlecht und eine große Enttäuschung. Grade in Italien. Einziger Nachteil des Hotels sind die völlig überzogenen Preise für den Parkservice. So teuer habe ich noch in keinem anderen Hotel geparkt. Dennoch würde ich hier wieder übernachten.

Très bien mais dommage pour un 5 étoiles

Nous avons un passé un week-end à Turin dans cet hôtel. Idéalement, situé dans le centre pour tout visiter à pied. Le personnel a été extrêmement sympathique et serviable. Cela dit comme je l’ai dit lors de mon check Out à la réception, nous nous attendions à des prestations différentes pour un hôtel cinq prestat. Donc si je peux me permettre de donner des conseils de consommateurs à un groupe aussi important que l’américain Hilton, je le fait avec plaisir ( ça change !!🙂‍↔️) - je trouve incroyable que dans dans les chambres, il n’y a pas de machine pour faire le café mais simplement des dosettes lyophiliser. J’ai l’habitude de dormir à l’hôtel et même dans des cas bien inférieurs on voit cela de moins en moins, ici, en Italie, dans le pays de l expresso, ne mettre que des machines dans les suites, c’est d’une mesquinerie sans son nom, si vous vouliez marquer la différence de gamme offrez l’heure du du prosecco. - changer vite de fournisseur de produits pour se laver, aller un peu plus loin dans la rue, et prenez des choses chez rituals ça sent bien meilleur que ce que vous mettez à disposition ( qui sent mauvais) - le papier toilette, là encore changé de marque, et mettez des choses qui soient plus confortable, que du papier crépon - le petit déjeuner, bien rien d’extraordinaire, là encore, on pourrait s’attendre à bien mieux. Le diable se cache peut-être dans les détails, mais ce n’est pas qu’en mettant des beaux matériaux, clinquant comme au 🇺🇸 qu on a tout bon !

Hotel sehr gut gelegen. Super Frühstück. Sehr nettes, hilfsbereites Personal. Handtücher waren sehr speziell. Diese haben sehr stark gefuselt. Man war nach dem Abtrocknen voller Baumwolle. Auch das Zimmer war voll davon. Parking ist ein Valet Parking. Wir waren nicht immer sicher, ob sie wussten, wie man Autos fährt/parkiert. Alles in Allem aber ein sehr gutes Hotel, welches günstig gelegen ist.

Hotel appena ristrutturato ( ex Golden Palace) Struttura molto curata e di gusto. Personale gentilissimo. Buona colazione anche se non all’altezza di un 5 stelle. Mancano spremute fresche e i prodotti tipici, bacon di vitello (!). Camere molto belle, ma con alcune mancanze per un 5 stelle. frigobar solo con acqua, bollitore ma non macchinetta caffe, bagno senza spazzolini, set di cortesia ecc.
