Wir haben für einen Städtetrip hier übernachtet. Das Hotel ist sehr hochwertig und modern eingerichtet. Die Zimmer wurden neu gestaltet und sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und die Innenstadt fußläufig erreichbar. Für die Erkundung der Stadt ideal gelegen. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist gut. Der Kaffee ist allerdings schlecht und eine große Enttäuschung. Grade in Italien. Einziger Nachteil des Hotels sind die völlig überzogenen Preise für den Parkservice. So teuer habe ich noch in keinem anderen Hotel geparkt. Dennoch würde ich hier wieder übernachten.

Hotel sehr gut gelegen. Super Frühstück. Sehr nettes, hilfsbereites Personal. Handtücher waren sehr speziell. Diese haben sehr stark gefuselt. Man war nach dem Abtrocknen voller Baumwolle. Auch das Zimmer war voll davon. Parking ist ein Valet Parking. Wir waren nicht immer sicher, ob sie wussten, wie man Autos fährt/parkiert. Alles in Allem aber ein sehr gutes Hotel, welches günstig gelegen ist.

Hotel appena ristrutturato ( ex Golden Palace) Struttura molto curata e di gusto. Personale gentilissimo. Buona colazione anche se non all’altezza di un 5 stelle. Mancano spremute fresche e i prodotti tipici, bacon di vitello (!). Camere molto belle, ma con alcune mancanze per un 5 stelle. frigobar solo con acqua, bollitore ma non macchinetta caffe, bagno senza spazzolini, set di cortesia ecc.

Room was great - although a long walk as in their second building. Hotel quite a walk from bars and restaurants, but very close to the shopping district. Didn't eat in the hotel or use their leisure facilities, so can't comment on them.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel il weekend del 20-21 giugno. L'albergo è situato in un'ottima posizione, è possibile raggiungere qualsiasi parte di torino in poco tempo, sia a piedi sia con i mezzi. La zona molto centrale consente di avere bar, locali e ristoranti "a portata di mano". L'edificio è molto elegante e il personale estramente professionale. Le camere decisamente pulite e abbastanza confortevoli anche se, a mio parere, per la tipologia e il costo dell'albergo, complessivamente mi aspettavo di più: non ci sono prese di corrente, se una nel corridoio della stanza e il secondo strato di tende, quelle oscuranti, non funzionavano bene. L'albergo è dotato di centre benessere, nel mio caso non compreso nel prezzo della stanza, si apprezza il valore aggiunto di un centro benesse, se pur piccolo nel centro di Torino, ma per il costo di accesso mi sarei aspettata di più. Gli idromassaggi nella piscina erano davvero rumorosi, come se un potetente aspirapolvere fosse sempre in funzione, la sauna era fuori servizio e il personale dell'albergo continuava a passare avanti e indietri con secchi e spazzoloni per le pulizie, nonchè a svuotare i cestini. Apprezzo la pulizia, ma di certo questo non aiuta il relax. Ottima colazione a buffet (anche questa, nel mio caso, non compresa nel prezzo della stanza).

Ottima posizione, ottima la pulizia e l'arredamento della struttura....poco carina la divisione dell'hotel in due strutture golden one e two...ovviamente al two ci stanno le camere piccole, magari prenotate on -line che ricevono un trattamento decisamente di secondo livello. Nonostante sia un 5 stelle...al gonden two l'attenzione del personale nei tuoi confronti si riduce di tanto.....abbiamo soggiornato due giorni e non ci hanno rifornito il set di bagnoshiuma e cuffiette, lasciandoci le botigliette mezze vuote e la cuffia usata il giorno prima!!! Apena arrivi ti chiedono la carta di credito per garanzia degli extra....poca fiducia clinti che hanno scelto di soggiornare in un 5 stelle pagando anticipatamente...mi chiedo se avessero fatto lo stesso con un personaggio importante!!! abbiamo avuto l'impressione di dover sopportare il peso di soggiornare in seconda classe!!! nel complesso l'hotel è molto pulito, i locali raffinati e la posizione ottima.

É um bom hotel com bom café da manhã. Os quartos do golden two são pequenos. O serviço deixa a desejar. Pedimos um adaptador a noite e demoraram quase uma hora para entregarem no quarto.

いわゆる高級ホテルとして、お勧めできます。打ち合わせができるスペースもあり、非常に使い勝手が良かったです。ロケーションもトリノの中心地で、観光拠点としても良いと思います。

Satisfactory.

I would equate this hotel to a Radisson or a Courtyard Marriott. Pros: Large hotel amenities (including easy, quick access to taxis; central-ish location; helpful front desk service; reservation changes/edits were very easy; room service was quick. Room size was normal (circa 140 sq. ft. by my guess). Cons: Cleaning service seemed to just throw things in random places (I initially thought I had failed to bring certain socks, only to find them in drawers later on), which was a little inconvenient. Buffet breakfast is 30 Euros, which seemed unusually steep for essentially bread & cheese. Stains on the blanket gave the bedding an "unclean" feeling.

Näsan i vädret på (för) fint hotell

Vi behövde ett hotell snabbt för en natt i Turin efter ett missat flyg. Golden Palace verkade perfekt, 5 stjärnor, centralt och rimligt pris. Det är ett exklusivt hotell och rummen är fina. Men det är stort, långa gångar fram till rummen och framförallt personalen är inte hjärtligt intresserad av sina gäster. Man glömmer också lätt att extra kostnader, förutom rummet, på ett fint hotell som detta är höga. Frukostbuffe 25 EUR, parkering 35 EUR. Restaurangrekommendation på kvällen med fel adress, utan att kolla om det är fullt, utan alternativ är inte att förvänta av ett topp-hotell. Vi kommer inte att återvända.

Hotel itself is impressive and I was very happy in the first 10 minutes of checking into the hotel and seeing the room I was booked in to. I decided to stay at this hotel as a break needed for myself and was planning to relax by having a nice meal in the room and a swim in the pool, Well the Swimming pool (Which states no costs on the site) is 20 Euro per day! Disgusting, And then the in room meal is one very expensive and two it adds another 10 Euro on to the bill. I Spoke to a lady on the desk who was fine and stated that I was unhappy I had to pay an extra 20 Euro for the pool (I found out while going downstairs with robe crossing the towers meaning a long walk and hassle to find out just as I was going into the pool), I said I only booked the hotel because of the pool, She said she will speak to her Manager and let me know, Well by the end of the night I had to myself track her down and ask her for an update and she just said, Oh yeah I spoke to my manager and because you got a good deal on the room he don't want to do anything for you, Sorry! and that was it, Like I said nice hotel, big rooms but its terrible for customer services and the hotel is just a money making chain, Wouldn't stay again.

disappointing hotel !

Housekeeping is not the standard of a 5 star hotel and deluxe rooms are small. The reception staff are friendly, courteous but not very knowledgeable about Torino restaurants. Hotel is geared for big groups and conferences.
