We had a good look at the pools the beach. Everything appears to be really impeccable. Everybody there was very good service. There was a lot of delicious food And people were very courteous. Unfortunately, I have planned only one night but I will come back and it will request to come to the same hotel because it was absolutely beautiful. "This hotel was beyond filthy. The second I walked into the room, the stench hit me. The bathroom was revolting – mold all over the tiles, a disgusting shower, and a toilet that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. It was so nasty I didn’t even want to touch anything. For the money I spent, I expected at least a clean room, but instead I got this dump. I felt dirtier after staying here than before I checked in. They “changed” our room the next day, but guess what? It was just as filthy. Nothing improved. On top of that, the staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Zero customer service, zero care for guests. This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Stay far, far away from this place. Total waste of money and a disgusting nightmare. 1* hotel!!!!"
