I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I called on Thursday morning specifically to confirm that the pools were open before making my reservation. However, when I arrived on Saturday with my children, I was informed that the pools were closed due to maintenance repairs.
Had I been given accurate information, I would have booked another place. The main reason for choosing this location was for my kids to enjoy the pool, and it was very disappointing for them to arrive and find it closed.
This situation reflects a serious lack of communication and knowledge from the staff who provided incorrect information. I expected reliable information when I called ahead, and unfortunately that was not the case.
