"The Hotel is very nicely maintained and attractive. The staff are well-meaning but could be better trained in common sense customer service. Pack your patience and keep smiling."
"The room was large. We had Kcups in the room but no machine to use them in. The shower curtain should have been either bleached or thrown out. There was pink and black mold on it. We didn't notice it until the morning when taking our showers. Other than that the staff was friendly and the breakfast pretty good for hotel breakfast. Real eggs, bacon and breakfast potatoes. All good plus the regulars. Waffles, cereal and buckets and gravy. "
"The accommodations were just OK. The hotel was out of the way. If you are traveling through and need somewhere to lay your head, it'll work; if you are in Tupelo for a visit, I would choose somewhere else. "
"Worst motel 6 I've ever seen. This hotel was low standard back in the early 90s but even then it was bareable. Now it's gotten so bad I'd not let me dogs stay there. The floor is coming up and welping, the beds are uncomfortable and sheets dingy, parking is limited by your room and absolutely no amenities. The only good thing I can say about this hotel is the water is hot and has good pressure and is in a convenient and fairly quiet location. Prices are comparable to red roof and super 8 so look into those. "
"The staff was exceptional. The night clerk was super helpful and friendly. His name is Daniel. The young man working the breakfast buffet was wonderful, he was very kind and joyful. I did not get his name, but he was a blessing to us."
