El lugar está bien ubicado, pero en las habitaciones exteriores el ruido es muy incómodo si buscas descanso tanto en la noche (bares), como en el día (tiendas cercanas con música alta desde primera hora)

Chambre sans fenêtre très bruyante pas d air et très petite, j'avais demandé une autre chambre mais ils ne prennent pas les cartes visa ou Mastercard ni ne parlent anglais!! Bref, je ne recommande pas aux touristes étrangers!

Muy satisfecha.

La gente muy amable. La ubicación muy cerca de la plaza principal. Desafortunadamente fué el 1 de enero y había demasiada gente afuera cantando y celebrando hasta las 5 a.m. Muy limpio y el desayuno excelente.

Close to everything in Villa de Leiva

Great front desk agent, his name is Christian. 2nd time submitting review bothersome. They do need recognition. Very accommodating , close to everything you need and could walk or arrange transportation. The most beatiful historic village aka eternal spring! Many things to do all over the area.

Excelente, nos encantó, la ubicación fue lo mejor, a media cuadra de la plaza central, Televisor plano con Directv, y la atención fue muy buena, muy atento el personal, recomendado 100% y volveremos.

Muy decepcionante. 1- Nos cobraron más de lo que Hotels.com confirmó como total final por cargos extras y impuestos que no están contemplados en la reserva. Muy desagradable. 2- No aceptan American Express aunque un anuncio en hotel dice: "se aceptan todas las tarjetas". 3- No tuvimos Wi-fi. Si existe una red, nunca nos pudimos conectar. No hubo intención del staff en arreglarlo. 4- Tuvimos problemas con el WC y falta de agua caliente, sin embargo esto sí se solucionó. 5- Las habitaciones son pequeñas e incómodas y no tiene ventilación. No hay ventanas hacia el exterior, 6- La habitaciones NO tienen ni escritorio ni tina de baño como está anunciado. La atención de la recepción es muy regular, sin mucha ayuda para resolver el problema del internet Wi-fi. No fue una experiencia placentera. En lo absoluto. Very disappointing experience! 1- The charged us more than what Hotels.com said we would have to pay, which very enjoying. 2- The do not take American Express cards even if they said the cary all kind of credit cards. 3- We did NOT get any wi-fi connection. Even it there is a wi-fi spot, we did not have any connection. They did anything to fix it. 4- We had some issues with the WC and we run out of hot water. They were able to fix it at least. 5- Rooms are small and unconfortable. 6- There is no DESK and no BATHTUB as advertised. Staff not interested in helping. We didn't get a good experience. NOT recommended. Many other options in town available.
