"The property is good. However, we didn't get the rooms we booked for. We had reserved super deluxe rooms however on check-in the staff told us that's not possible and mentioned that they did not receive the booking in time from Expedia. Since we paid for super deluxe rooms, not sure how same is gonna be accomodated for the price difference. The food has been great till now, however customer service has been ok. "The kitchen was closed early and we found a cockroaches in it we didn’t eat the dinner at all we were hungry and there was no ine to acknowledged that and we were just sitting there and also wifi was not working throughout the day my office work was hampered"

"Well received on arrival. Very warm personalised touch by service staff. Excellent grooming by there GM. Food was good. Always ready to serve as per your choice. Mr Shailendr GM pays attention to every small things. It was pleasure interacting with him. E cart named tuk-tuk was ever ready to transport guest any where in this huge property. Three nights passed by very fast. Will again visit this property. "
