"I booked 1 room in Hotel Sonnenhof on 16th February, via Hotels.com, for a stay commencing on 28th May. Hotel sent me a message on 27th May that I was not in Hotel Sonnenhof in Timelkam, but at an apartment in Lenzing, 4.5km further away. No pre-warning was given, no rationale for the change in location, no option to cancel or reduction in rate was offered. "Hotel in lovely location. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast superb. Could access tea room at any time of day on first floor for free cups. No lift in the hotel which could be a problem for some people. If we visited Scharding again, we would definitely book up this hotel."
