"The hotel boasts 8 restaurants,3 pools including an adult, valet, etc. The valet was closed, only 2 restaurants were open, a diner and high end restaurant on 19th floor and a food court (very limited food options). "I was told that my room key was my parking pass. However that never worked. I was there for a conference with Credit Acceptance, that told us we were covered for parking also.
