It was my daughter & I birthday week the weekend we stayed… We enjoyed the pool and sauna, the dinner, snacks, comfortable beds, great showers and a movie and a bomb breakfast. Thank you for a great weekend! Even though y’all were packed my kids enjoyed seeing the different bikes that were at the hotel.
We checked into our room on the 3rd floor about 6:00. We had an event to be at by 7:00. When we got in our room it was 80 degrees. We turned the air down to 68 to get it to cool down. I hopped in the shower to get ready. When I got out it was still 80 degrees and we discovered the vents were blowing out heat. I wasn’t dressed so my friend went downstairs. The front desk clerk didn’t seem to care at all and said he’d send someone up to check it out. We ended up in the room for an hour before they finally (after making a couple calls) moved us to a new room on the 9th floor. After that it was fine. But we were over an hour late to our event and the front desk clerk needs to learn a bit about hospitality.
Also they need to check their rooms before checking a guest in.
The property was under construction and I was not made aware of this before booking
