This place is awful! The water is broken at hotel. Staff is not offering any bottled water or even some kind of compensation. The smoke alarm is beeping in my room and has a plastic trash bag wrapped around it. I called front desk the clerk she didn’t know what to do about until the maintenance man came in the morning. She said she could try track down a 9 volt battery or disconnect the smoke detector. So far no one has come to do anything! I will be getting in touch with cooperate office.

When I first arrived at the hotel I was a little worried about the area. After checking in and going to my room all that disappeared. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The bed was great.

Stayed here a few years back and it was great. This round was horrible! Double booked our room, we weren’t the only ones double booked either. Stayed 5 nights and our room was barely touched once and that was after I had to throw a fit with management. My husband asked for clean towels and wash rags and were told they didn’t have any. The entire property was gross. Will never stay at this property again.
