Worst place to stay, do not stay here. 1, the staff is very rude, as they canceled my reservation that was paid for through Expedia and the reason was they “Expedia sent an email instructing the hotel to do so” but Expedia did not send them any emails to do any such thing. Sheila the manager, GM or what ever her roles was argued with not only me when I said I never canceled my reservation and that I paid for it and it was still active but with 2 of the 3 Expedia workers in front of me. If I hadn’t just drove 8 hours I would’ve have left. The staff told me to never use Expedia as they hatted them. I told them that I have been using Expedia for years and never had a problem. Expedia did get my reservation fixed. 2, once we got a room, I was disgusted. The floor looks like it had never been cleaned, the bathroom smelled of pet urine and dirty and really bad in the shower if you want to call it a shower. The shower was so small, and there was no place for you to put your hair, body or washcloth. The blankets looked like they were 20 years old as they were worn out and torn. The smell of the room resulted in me buying air freshener. The wall are paper thin and house keeper just walk into the room. There was also cob webs in the corners. 3, Then at check out they charged me for my medical service dog no not an ESA but a SA pet cause she barked 1 time and that was because my daughter was at the door waiting for me to get the key fixed. My service dog was in a kennel.
